The Gautam Gambhir Foundation has been found guilty of unauthorisedly stocking and distributing COVID-19 meicines.
This was informed by the Drugs Controller General of India (DCGI) to the Delhi High Court.

The DCGI further stated in its report that action would be initiated at the earliest against Gautam Gambhir Foundation on the matter.
Moreover, the DCGI said that Aam Aadmi Party MLA Praveen Kumar has also been found guilty on similar charges.

Meanwhile, the Delhi High Court has asked the drugs controller to file a status report on the progress in the cases within six weeks.
The case will be heard next on July 29.
DCGI has found the Gautam Gambhir Foundation guilty of unauthorisedly stocking, procuring and distributing Fabiflu medicine to COVID-19 patients, the Delhi High Court was informed on Thursday.
Earlier in the case related to the hoarding of medicines, the Delhi High Court had dismissed the DCGI’s earlier reports, giving clean chits to Gambhir and Kumar.
