COVID-19 cases across the world have gone up to 26,748,637 with the most cases coming from the United States followed by Brazil and India.
According to Johns Hopkins University’s tally, total COVID-19 patients in the USA is 6,243,849 followed by Brazil 4,092,832.
The global toll from the infection has gone up to 877,438.
In India, the COVID-19 cases have crossed the four million mark with Maharashtra being the worst-hit state with 6,25,773 cases.
Maharashtra is followed by Tamil Nadu with 3,92,507 cases, Andhra Pradesh with 3,70,163 cases and Karnataka with 2, 74,196).
As of Saturday, there were 4,023,179 confirmed cases in the country and of them, 846,395 were active while the toll has gone up to 69,561.
So far 3,107,223 people have been discharged from the hospital, according to the ministry of health and family welfare’s dashboard.
