Tuesday’s firing comes just 2 days after Myanmar witnessed its deadliest days since the Myanmar military staged a coup and seized power from the democratically-elected civilian Government on February 1.
On February 28, over 20 peaceful protestors were killed and many sustained injuries after the police in Myanmar opened fire.
As demonstrations in Myanmar gained momentum, security forces began a violent crackdown on protesters in towns and cities across the country.
