Six-time world champion MC Mary Kom has lost the final bout of the Asian Boxing Championship in Dubai on Sunday.
Mary Kom had to settled for silver after being defeated by Nazym Kyzaibay of Kazakhstan in the 51kg category final.

Mary Kom lost in a narrow split 2-3 decision to two-time world champion Nazym Kyzaibay of Kazakhstan.
Mary Kom was able to clinch the opening round comfortably. However, she was completely outplayed by the Kazakhistan puglist in the next two rounds.

The Manipuri legend also won a prize money of $5,000 for her campaign.
This is the second silver medal secured by the Indian boxing contingent, having secured five Gold medals already.
Three other Indians also have gold medal bouts on Sunday: Pooja Rani (75kg), Anupama (+81kg) and Lalbuatsahi (64kg).
Pooja received a walkover in her semi-final clash, and will face Uzbekistan’s Mavluda Movlonova in the summit clash.
Meanwhile, Anupama and Lalbuatsahi will face Kazakh boxers in their respective finals.
