The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), which has recently shared a TikTok video showing a Vietnamese boy doing a handwashing dance is currently going viral in social media.

The 45 second video of the ‘handwashing dance’ shows how one should wash hands to protect themselves from coronavirus.

Sharing the video on Twitter, UNICEF stated,” We love this handwashing dance from Vietnamese dancer, Quang ??ng. Washing your hands with soap and water is one of the first steps to protect yourself from #coronavirus.”

The song, titled Ghen Co Vy, is a collaboration between musicians Khac Hung, Min and Erik.

The video has been viewed over 90000 times and has garnered thousands of likes as well.

Most of the advisories that had been issued to fight against coronavirus mentions hand washing as one of the firat and essential step to protect oneself from the harmful disease.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Thursday stated that the total number of positive cases of COVID-19are now 30.

These include the previous three cases from Kerala, who have now been discharged.

In addition, there are three from Delhi and NCR, (two with travel history from Italy, and one with travel history of Iran), six contacts of the first Delhi Case with travel history of Italy; one from Telangana with history of Dubai travel and Singapore contact,16 Italians and one driver (Indian) who was with the Italian tourist group.

In addition, the earlier two suspected cases of Telangana have tested negative at NIV, Pune. Also, the 14 Italian cases, and all the Indian patients are stable and being monitored.
