Tripura BJP in-charge Vinod Kumar Sonkar on Wednesday arrived on a three-day tour in Agartala.
State BJP leaders Tinku Roy and Papiya Datta received Sonkar at the Agartala Airport.
According to sources, Sonkar would hold a meeting with state BJP leaders in the city and then head for Udaipur accompanied by state BJP leaders.
He will meet party leaders of Gomati district at Udaipur and visit Shantirbazar on Thursday to hold meetings with party leaders.
He will return to Agartala on Friday morning and take a flight to Delhi.

Meanwhile, chief minister Biplab Kumar Deb left for New Delhi on Tuesday after he was summoned by BJP national leaders.
Two BPJ rebel MLAs of Tripura, Ramprasad Pal and Sudip Roy Barman , who are currently in the national capital, reportedly met top leaders including BJP national president JP Nadda.
The rebel MLAs have been demanding a change in the state leadership.
According to sources, all the programmes of the chief minister have been cancelled till January 10
Deb was supposed to visit three districts and attend the Police Week in Agartala on Thursday.
According to sources in BJP source, Deb will be attending the ‘Rashtriya Samanaya Baithak’, a national coordination meeting of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) at Gandhinagar in Gujarat.
Deb will discuss the present political situation of Tripura with top BJP leaders during the meeting in Gandhinagar.
During Sonkar’s first visit to the state in December last year, the rebel MLA’s of the state had staged a protest by shouting slogans, “Biplab hatao BJP bachao”, demanding the removal of Deb from the post of CM.
Sonkar had then assured them of looking into the matter.
