The police station where Tripura Trinamool youth congress president Saayani Ghosh has been kept under arrest has come under attack once again. 

This is the second such attack at the TMC workers at the police station where Saayani Ghosh has been kept under arrest. 

Not only this, the residence of Tripura TMC convenor Subal Bhowmik has also come under attack by suspected “BJP goons”. 

This claim has been made by top TMC leader Sushmita Dev on Sunday evening. 

She tweeted: “They (BJP goons) have attacked the Thana again where @sayani06 is under arrest and also attacked our Convenor Shubol Bhowmick’s house in Agartala. @Tripura_PoliceI have been trying to call the IG & DGP but to no avail. This is mayhem.”

Earlier, Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Sushmita Dev alleged that a mob of “BJP sheltered goons”, on Sunday, attacked workers of the party at the premises of East Agartala Women’s police station.  

Dev alleged that the incident took place when Tripura Trinamool youth congress president Saayani Ghosh was brought to the police station for questioning.  

According to Deb, the “BJP sheltered goons” attacked the TMC workers in the police station when the interrogation of Saayani Ghosh was on.
