The Indigenous People’s Front of Tripura (IPFT) and BJP jointly held a meeting yesterday, discussing the issue with Chief Minister Manik today to seek a resolution.

He added that the CM is well aware of this problem and is keen on preventing students from facing difficulties.

“During the last Assembly session, when the opposition raised the script issue, the Chief Minister responded that he had sent a letter to the chairperson of CBSE”, he said.

He further added, “We firmly believe that strikes or protests cannot provide a solution to this problem, and we implore those who have initiated the strike to engage in a dialogue, as it is the ultimate solution. This protest is fundamentally undemocratic. We urge them to come and discuss the matter with the Chief Minister and withdraw the strike.”
