A day-long “Karyakarini Baithak” of the Tripura BJP is underway in State capital Agartala.
The day-long state-level BJP executive committee meeting began early on Monday morning in semi-virtual mode where Agartala-based committee members are physically present while district committee members and national level leaders are present virtually.
Tripura BJP’s organizational in-charge Phanindra Nath Sharma, Chief Minister Biplab Deb and party’s state president Manik Saha addressed the state committee members, leaders of seven morchas, different cells and districts committee members.
Speaking to Northeast Now Tripura BJP President Manik Saha said, “Tripura BJP is holding a semi-virtual organizational meeting to discuss the COVID-19 situation in the State.”

“The meeting is attended by some leaders physically, while many central leaders and district level presidents and general secretaries are attending it virtually,” added Saha.
“The motive behind the organizational meeting is to discuss on the work done by the party so far in regards to COVID-19 pandemic and what more can be done in the days ahead,” Saha further said.
Notably, the last “Karyakarini Baithak” of the Tripura BJP was held on August 30, 2020, which was completely in virtual mode.
