The Naga People’s Front (NPF) on January 7 will convene a consultative meeting in connection with the Citizenship (Amendment) Act (CAA) in Kohima.
“The meeting is being convened by NPF president Shurhozelie Liezietsu,” stated an NPF notification.

“The meeting has been convened in response to the recommendation of Disciplinary Action
Committee (DAC),” the notification added.
Apart from Liezietsu, others who will take part in the meeting include central office bearers (COB), NPF MLAs, presidents of frontal organisations and cells, and other invitees.
“The main agenda of the meeting is CAA and issues connected with it. Therefore, all concerned members are requested to attend without fail,” the notice added.

The meeting will begin from 11 am at NPF headquarters in Kohima.
