Nagaland has registered 39 new Covid19 positive cases, taking the state’s overall tally to 11,379.
Confirming the news, Nagaland health minister S Pangnyu Phom in his latest tweet on the state’s Covid19 status on Sunday said: “Update! 39 +ve cases of #COVID-19 have detected today.”

Of the new cases, Kohima district has reported 28 cases, Dimapur 5, Wokha and Tuensang districts have reported 2 cases each while Kiphire and Peren districts have reported 1 case each.
Meanwhile, four more patients, who were earlier infected by Covid19, have recovered from the disease after their recovery.
Health minister Phom informed that while 3 more patients have recovered in Kohima district, 1 more patient has recovered in Zunheboto district.

So far a total of 10,653 people have recovered from Covid19 in Nagaland.

Nagaland currently has 544 active Covid19 cases.
The deadly disease has claimed the lives of 59 positive cases.
A total of 113 positive patients have migrated from the state so far, according to the bulletin on Covid19 released by the Nagaland health department on Sunday.
