Mizoram reported no death due to Covid19 infection in the last 24 hours but registered 730 new positive cases.
According to the Covid19 bulletin, released by the directorate of information and public relations, Mizoram, on Tuesday morning, of the new cases, 84 cases were detected positive during TrueNAT test.
While 503 cases were detected positive during Rapid Antigen Test (RAgT), 15 cases were detected during FIA test.
With the new cases, the number of total Covid19 positive cases registered in Mizoram increased to 1,25,861 on Tuesday.
As per the Covid19 update, Mizoram currently has a total of 5,710 active cases.
So far, the Covid19 infection has so far claimed the lives of 450 people.

Currently, the Covid19 positivity rate stands at 11.04%.
The Aizawl district has the highest number of active cases – 2902 and the Khawzawl district has the lowest number of active cases – 65.
According to the Covid19 update on Monday evening, a total of 371 people recovered in the last 24 hours.

Of the recoveries, the Aizawl district has recorded 135, Lunglei-81, Mamit-62, Champhai-52, Siaha-16, Lawngtlai-16 and Kolasib has recorded 9 recoveries.
The state’s recovery rate stood at 95.57%.
On Monday, Mizoram reported 1 death and 139 new positive cases.
Mizoram’s total positive cases stood at 1,25,131 till Monday.
On Monday, Mizoram’s Covid19 positivity rate stood at 12.66%.
