Aizawl: Mizoram Chief Minister Lalduhoma on Friday said that committees have been constituted in all the departments to review the service of the state government employees.
Addressing the conference of Mizoram Secretariat Service Association in Aizawl, the Chief Minister said the move was taken in a bid to have qualified and efficient employees in the state.

“Service review committees have been formed in all departments. We will find out and identify employees who can’t perform their duties,” Lalduhoma said.

We will also identify those who are not fit to continue in order to ensure that the state has qualified and efficient employees,” he added.

He said that the quality of the state will improve as soon as the service quality of the government becomes good.
Earlier, CM Lalduhoma had said that the state government will take steps to terminate such employees, who are not fit to continue, if necessary.
