Meghalaya on Sunday recorded 11 more Covid19 deaths and 589 new positive cases in the last 24 hours.
According to the Covid19 bulletin, released by the National Health Mission (NHM), Meghalaya, with the new cases, the state’s total positive tally increased to 65,589 on Sunday.

In the last 24 hours, a total of 501 patients, who were earlier infected by Covid19, have recovered from the deadly disease.
The state has so far registered a total of 58,450 recoveries.
Meghalaya currently has 6,043 active Covid19 cases.

According to the NHM Meghalaya data, on Saturday, a total of 8,933 people received Covid19 vaccine doses.
Of the 8,933 people, who received Covid19 doses on Saturday, 4,905 were above 18 years and 3,089 were above 45 years.
On Saturday, a total of 108 health care workers received Covid19 vaccine doses while 831 frontline workers received the vaccine doses.
Meanwhile, 47.02 crore Covid19 vaccine doses have been administered so far across India under the Nationwide Vaccination Drive.
A total of 3,08,20,521 recoveries have been recorded across the country so far.
India’s recovery rate currently stands at 97.36%.
