The National People’s Party (NPP) on Sunday released its first list of 11 candidates who will contest the upcoming elections to the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC) in Meghalaya slated for February 27 next year.

The candidates include three sitting members – Jansing Tynsong from Lyngkyrdem-Laitkroh, Victor Ranee from Jirang, and Pynïaid Sing Syiem from Sohryngkham.

The other candidates are–Anthony N. Nongbri from Laitumkhrah-Malki, World Champion Paliar from Rambrai-Jyrngam, Bainor Rapsang from Mawphlang-Diengiei, Mitchel Wankhar from Laban, Kitborlang Nongrem from Ranikor, Rangkynsai Kharbuki from Umroi, Diverland Lyngdoh from Mawkyrwat and Apsharailang Syiem from Nongstoiñ.
