Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma on Wednesday launched the Chief Minister’s e-champion challenge website.
The website is a platform to promote and push entrepreneurship growth in the state.
Speaking during the launch, the Meghalaya Chief Minister said this is a part of the drive of the government to promote and give recognition to the entrepreneurs of the State.
The Chief Minister said this will also create ecosystem for entrepreneurship culture in the State.
“Competitions are a good way to get the interest of the youth and to help them excel in whatever they do, through this e-champion challenge, we will be selecting entrepreneurs,” the Meghalaya CM said.
“We will be rewarding one lakh to the top twenty five business ideas and fifty thousand to the next best twenty five and we urge the youth to join and be a part of this competition,” he added.
The Chief Minister’s e-champion challenge is an online platform where entrepreneurs can log in and register themselves where an entrepreneur will be asked a set of questions.
Based on the answers of the entrepreneurs, they will be selected where they will be able to put up their ideas to the panel of judges.
