Some of the topics to be discussed in the conference include sustainable development goals, diversity and inclusion.

It may be mentioned that sixty years after the Boy Scouts of the Philippines hosted the 1st Far East Scout Conference in Baguio City in 1958, the biggest gathering of regional and world leaders in the Asia-Pacific Region (APR) is coming back to Manila – the 26th Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Conference.

The APR Scout Conference is held every three years to gather all the NSOs to deal with major regional problems. It is the top governing body of the region.
