Manipur’s COVID-19 situation continues to be grim as the State on Monday logged as many as 14 deaths relating to the deadly disease.
With these 14 new COVID-19 deaths, Manipur’s COVID-19 death tally currently stands at 592.
On the other hand, Manipur registered over 300 new COVID-19 cases.
As many as 330 new COVID-19 cases have emerged in Manipur.

Of these 330 new cases, 179 are male and 148 are female.
Meanwhile, 3 cases have been detected from among the Central Armed Paramilitary Forces deployed in the State.
With the detection of these 330 new COVID-19 cases, Manipur’s active cases tally has jumped to 6338.
Of the total 6338 active COVID-19 cases in Manipur, 6167 are from the general public and 171 are from the Central Armed Paramilitary Forces deployed in the State.

Meanwhile, the total COVID–19 cases in Manipur have also risen to 40059.
As many as 455 persons have also recovered from COVID-19.
