Airtel customers in Bajali facing problems; people can’t recharge their mobile and poor network service
The people of Bajali in Barpeta district of Assam are facing serious problems due to poor network of cellular company, Airtel.
Call drops, no sufficient celullar network, unclear voice, slower internet, are some of the problems being faced by Airtel users in Bajali area.
In some areas of Pathsala town like Titka, there is absolutely no network.
Mobile phones in these areas show no network.
From evening time till now people can’t even recharge their phone and DTH service of Airtel.
The people have urged the authorities concerned to take necessary steps to repair the poor mobile towers and improve the mobile connectivity which has become an integral part of one’s life.
Customers are complaining that they buy recharges, net packs with heavy amount, but they didn’t get proper service.
