The NF Railway has decided to resume the daily services of three special trains in Assam.

The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has decided to resume the service of one passenger special train between Rangiya-Dekargaon and another express special train between New Jalpaiguri-New Bongaigaon stations.

It has also been decided to resume the services of one passenger special train between Dekargaon and Bhalukpong stations.

These trains will run with effect from October 20, 2021 for the benefit of short distance travellers, the chief public relations officer of NF Railway, Guneet Kaur said in a statement.

Train No. 05821/05822 Rangiya-Dekargaon-Rangiya daily passenger special will run with effect from October 20,  2021 leaving from Rangiya at 6:20 am to reach Dekargaon at 10:45 am and leaving from Dekargaon at 4-45 pm to reach Rangiya at 9:40 pm.

Train No. 05703/05704 New Jalpaiguri-New Bongaigaon-New Jalpaiguri daily express special will resume leaving New Jalpaiguri with effect from October 2, 2021 and leaving New Bongaigaon with effect from October 21, 2021.

The train will leave from New Jalpaiguri at 7:30 am to reach New Bongaigaon at 3:30 pm; in the return direction, the train will leave from New Bongaigaon at 7:05 am to reach New Jalpaiguri at 4:15 pm.

Train No. 05819/05820 Dekargaon-Bhalukpong-Dekargaon passenger special will run five days a week – except Thursday and Sunday with effect from October 20, 2021.

The train leaving Dekargaon at 11:15 am will reach Bhalukpong at 1-20 pm and leaving Bhalukpong at 2:20 pm will reach Dekargaon at 4:15 pm.

The details of stoppages and timings of these trains are available on the IRCTC website and are also being notified in various newspapers and social media platforms of NF Railway.

Passengers are requested to see these details before undertaking their journey.
