The puppet show video replicates the Prime Minister’s address to the nation on Monday last announcing the second phase of lockdown till May 3 in view of the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to the artiste, the view is a token of appreciation to Prime Minister Modi for his bold initiatives in tackling the coronavirus pandemic that has gripped the nation along with the entire globe.
According to Parishmita Kalita, the video of the puppet show is being created by her, her mother and her sister.
Parishmita has received appreciation from Modi himself after she had sent the same to the Prime Minister.

While sharing the video on Twitter, Prime Minister Modi wrote; ‘Very creative.’
Parishmita had earlier sent the video to Modi through Twitter saying;
‘Sir @narendramodi, this is a small gesture of appreciation to you on the occasion of Bohag bihu. This puppet play is done by my mother who is a puppet artist, me and my younger sister.’
The video is of a puppet replicating Prime Minister Modi dressed the way he had dressed when he addressed the nation announcing COVID-19 lockdown 2.0.
The background voice is being used of the speech made by Prime Minister Modi on that day.
