The Kaziranga Tiger Reserve gears up to organize a quiz competition on the occasion of the 65th Wildlife Week 2019 on October 2, 2019.
The prize money quiz competition will be held at the Centenary Convention Hall, Kohora of the Kaziranga National Park in Assam’s Golaghat district.

Kaziranga National Park, which is home to the highest density of tigers among protected areas in the world, was declared a Tiger Reserve in 2006.
The quiz competition will be held from 9 am to 10.30 am.
The event is being organisedh by the Nagaon Wildlife Division, Biswanath Wildlife Division and the Eastern Assam Wildlife Division of the Kaziranga Tiger Reserve.

According to information, students from Class IX to undergraduate level of any institution of Assam can participate in the competition.
One team comprising maximum two participants from one institution can participate in the quiz contest
For team registration, the interested participants can email their details duly forwarded by the head of the institution at kazirangaresearch@gmail by October 1, 2019.

The prize money has been fixed as: first prize – Rs. 20,000 along with certificate, 2nd prize – Rs. 15,000 and certificate.
The third prize winner will receive an amount of Rs. 10,000 and certificate while the 4th prize winner will get Rs. 5,000 and a certificate.
According to information, no TA, DA or any other allowance will be provided to the participants.
