The NF Railway (NFR) has decided to resume the stoppage of Guwahati-Jorhat Town Janshatabdi Special at Dimapur station for the convenience of passengers.
The stoppage of Train No. 02067/02068 Guwahati-Jorhat Town Janshatabdi Special will resume at Dimapur station with effect from October 1, 2021 which was earlier suspended on advice of the Nagaland government due to Covid19 restrictions.
NFR has also decided to resume two pairs of daily DEMU special trains between Katihar and Teznarayanpur for the benefit of short-distance passengers with effect from October 5, 2021.
Among these DEMU special trains, Train No. 07534 Katihar-Teznarayanpur daily DEMU special will leave from Katihar at 6:30 am to reach Teznarayanpur at 8:00 am.
In return direction, Train no. 07533 Teznarayanpur-Katihar daily DEMU special will leave from Teznarayanpur at 8:30 am to reach Katihar at 10:00 am.
Train No. 07538 Katihar-Teznarayanpur daily DEMU special will leave from Katihar at 4:45 pm to reach Teznarayanpur at 6:15 pm.
In return direction, Train no. 07537 Teznarayanpur-Katihar daily DEMU special will leave from Teznarayanpur at 6:45 pm to reach Katihar at 8:15 pm.
“The details of stoppages and timings of these trains are available on Railway’s website and are also being notified in various newspapers and social media platforms of NF Railway,” stated Guneet Kaur, chief public relations officer, NFR.
Kaur has requested the passengers to see the details before undertaking their journey.
“Passengers are requested to observe the Covid19 related safety measures and instructions of their respective states during journey,” Kaur added.
