Police have not recovered any suicide note from his room.

“We are yet to ascertain the cause of his death. We suspect he was suffering from depression,” said the police officer.

In a separate incident, an LLB student of the University on Saturday was washed away by strong current, when he was taking bath in Siang river at Pasighat in Arunachal Pradesh.

The student, identified as Bidyut Bikash Dutta, went to picnic with his friends at Pasighat.
