Organized by Dima Hasao Sports Association, the tournament will kick off on November 7 at NL Daulagupu Sports Complex.

No team from outside the district is participating in the 16th CEM’S Cup due to the Covid19 pandemic situation.

Preparations are already underway at the NL Daulagupu Sports Complex in the hilly town of Haflong for Day-Night Football Tournament.

There will be knock-out tournaments in four groups, Ratu Hakmausa, a member of the organizing committee, said. The final match will be held on November 28.

Hakmausa said 19 teams from the hill districts have confirmed their participation in the tournament.

Teams are Maibang Sports Association, Digrik Youth Club, Pangmoul YC, Shan FC, Dima United FC, Zeme United Assam, Sengya Sambhudhan YC, Huonveng YC, Dimalik YC, Muolhoi YC, Heaven Blue AC, Evergreen Club, Notun Leikul YC, Kukistan YC, Retzwal FC and Warriors of Wamizing.
