“The Hagrama Mohilary-led Bodoland People’s Front (BPF) has been in power for the past 15 years in the region but his tenure has been witnessing allegations of misappropriation of funds,” said Sarma, who is also the convenor of BJP-led Northeast Democratic Alliance (NEDA).

“The BPF remembers the Koch-Rajbongshis, Adivasis and other communities only during elections but deprives them of jobs and land rights,” Sarma alleged.

Sarma urged the people to secure their absolute rights of living with dignity and equality by voting for the saffron party.
