“Assam, we hear you we see you, we stand as one with you. What you have been through with the failed NRC makes the entire Nations fight against CAA and NRC stronger,” he tweeted.
“You are leading India, even if the mainstream media hasn’t realised it yet. Joi Ai Axom, my friends!” the tweet further added.

This is not the first time Dadlani lent his support to the anti-CAA protests in Assam
Recently when Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal tweeted thanking Zubeen Garg for lending support to his ‘Participatory Democracy (Swaraj) Mission’, Dadlani called Zubeen Garg a ‘rare megastar’.
“Every Indian will eventually see this themselves. My brother @zubeengarg1 is a rare megastar with the standing & courage to say it out loud,” Dadlani had tweeted.
The famous music director also raised slogans against CAA and chanted ‘Joi Aai Axom’ when he visited Assam and performed at the Dwijing Festival in Kokrajhar on December 28, 2019.
