The Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) 2019 for Lower Primary and Upper Primary level has been rescheduled to November 10, 2019.
The examination was earlier supposed to be held on October 20, 2019.
Moreover, the Assam government has made some new changes for the upcoming TET examination.
The period of online submission of applications of TET 2019 (Lower Primary and Upper Primary level) for the physically challenged candidates have been extended.
Physically challenged candidates can now also apply online from September 19, 2019 to September 27, 2019.
Moreover, the physically challenged candidates who had applied earlier may edit their application within the extended period by logging online with the help of their application number and password.
However, candidates who have mentioned that they are pursuing professional courses (B Ed/DElEd) will have to upload some important details in their online applications form by logging online with the help of their application number and password.
These important details include date of admission in professional course(B Ed/DElEd), name of institution where pursuing the professional course(B Ed/DElEd),mode of professional course(B Ed/DElEd) and image of self-admission attested admission receipt with the seal of the institution where pursuing the professional course(B Ed/DElEd).
However, the candidates need to submit these important details from September 19, 2019 to September 27, 2019.
The candidates who do not upload the important details within September 19, 2019 to September 27, 2019 will be summarily rejected and their fee shall be refunded in due course.
