In his complaint, Thakuria had alleged that the voters’ list prepared by the GPC for the elections is illegal.

“Journalists from the electronic media cannot become GPC general members,” Thakuria alleged.

The Court will her to Thakuria’s petition on March 11.

GPC election was not held for the last 18 years and Thakuria has been the general secretary for all these years.
