One person died of COVID-19 related complications in Assam’s Korajhar on Thursday.
The victim has been identified as one Sita Devi and aged around 56 years.
She hailed from Rabindra Nagar in Kokrajhar town.
The patient’s suddenly deteriorated on Wednesday and she was referred to Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed Medical College and Hospital in Barpeta.
She was undergoing treatment at Rupnath Brahma civil hospital in Kokrajhar.
She was taking treatment for fever cough etc at Rupnath Brahma civil hospital in Kokrajhar.
However, the patient died on the way to Barpeta.
