Dr Bhupen Hazarika Foundation (BHF) is a not-for-profit social trust, which was established to channel the creative energy Bharat Ratna Bhupen Hazarika triggers, perennially.
The main objective of BHF is to create environments that can empower people and stimulate innovation through value building projects rooted in diverse communities across the socio-economic spectrum.
Copy of the book ‘Winged Horse’- having 76 of Bhupen Hazarika’s songs translated to English- was also presented to Sonowal by Tej Hazarika.
