The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed under the Vidya Vistar Scheme between Lakshmibai College of University of Delhi and Dibrugarh Hanumanbax Surajmall Kanoi College.

From the University of Delhi, the registrar of the university signed the MoU.
DHS Kanoi College became the first college in Assam to have signed an MoU with a college under Delhi University.

It is a milestone in 76 years of the glorious history of Kanoi College towards academic collaboration.
It would be a mutually beneficial collaboration that would also cultivate a sense of brotherhood between the two institutes.
It would help develop social and cultural bonding among the youths from both institutions having separate cultural and social backgrounds.
DHSK College Principal Sashi Kanta Saikia said through this MoU, both the colleges would participate in a number of academic activities which would open up doors for its students to learn and experience through academic exchange programmes.
Saikia also said the collaborative research activities among the academic communities of the two institutions are expected to be a great contribution towards national development.
DHSK College has already signed MoU with GICT, Bhutan, Career Launcher, BCPL, Dibrugarh, Assam, ICT Academy, Tamilnadu, USTM, Meghalaya, JKM Group of Institutions, Jharkhand and Aditya Diagnostics & Hospital, Dibrugarh.
