The Dhubri-based 48 Battalion of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) gears up to conduct a pre-recruitment training-cum-coaching camp with an aim to provide employment opportunities and prepare the local youth to join the armed forces.

Informing this, the commanding officer (CO) of 48 Bn. CRPF said the camp will be organized for the candidates of two districts – Dhubri and South Salmara Mankachar in Lower Assam at the CRPF camp located in the premises of District Industries & Commerce Centre (DICC) at Gauripur town in Dhubri district.

All the aspirant candidates should get their names registered at the nearest CRPF camp on or before August 25, said the official.

“If any candidates find any difficulties in registration, then he/she should contact the CRPF helpline numbers – 03662-295166 and 8219164215,” said the CRPF official.

He said the unit will organize various physical and ground tests as well as theoretical classes for preparing the participants for the recruitment rallies.

The pre-recruitment training camp will go a long way in preparing the youth from the remote areas to successfully join the central armed forces like CRPF, BSF, SSB, CISF, AR, NIA, SSF and ITBP after necessary screening during the conduct of forthcoming pre-recruitment training, the CRPF official added.
