Assam ayurvedic doctor helped 900 ladies to become mothers

An Ayurvedic doctor of Assam Preetijyoti Mahanta has been the saviour of 900 ladies who became fortunate to be happy mothers soon after being treated by her.

Moreover, Mahanta has been successfully treating critical ailments of her patients since 1982.

Daughter of Kushchandra Dev, the Satradhikar of Salguri Satra, Preetijyoti Mahanta had developed a keen interest on Ayurveda from childhood after having witnessed her father treating patients with the help of the ancient medical science.

The wife of social worker Kusum Kumar Mahanta had studied Ayurvedic science in Odisha.

Speaking to Northeast Now, Preetijyoti Mahanta said that her patients come from various corners of Assam to get treatment from her.

Moreover, she had patients coming to her from other states of India. She had also served patients who came to her from United Arab Emirates (UAE) and United States of America (USA).

She also said that ladies who had not been able to become mothers for a long time became fortunate to be one in a period of one year after being treated by her

Apart from providing solutions to reproductive ailments, Preetijyoti Mahanta had been successfully treating patients suffering from diabetes, respiratory ailments, liver diseases and skin diseases.
