As part of the celebrations of the Assam Police Day, a state level quiz competition titled ‘Cop Quest’ will be organized at B. Barooah College Auditorium in Guwahati on Monday.
The Assam Police while sharing a promo of the competition on its Twitter handle informed that the registration for the event will start at 9:45 am and the winners will be announced at 2:45 pm.

The competion can be participated by students from Class XI to postgraduate level.
According to the promo, the first prize winner of the quiz competition will be awarded an amount of Rs 41,000.
While the second prize winner will be awarded an amount of Rs 31,000, the third prize winner will receive Rs 21,000.

There will be prizes for all the finalists.
Besides, attractive prizes will also be offered to the audience who will be able to answer questions passed on to them.

Those who are interested to participate in the quiz competition can contact R.K. Kalita, the chief public relations officer of the Assam Police over the phone at 94350-81569 and P. Duwara, additional deputy commissioner of police (administration), Police Commissionerate, Guwahati at 94357-19835.
It may be mentioned ahead of the Assam Police Day scheduled to be held on October 1, the Assam Police also conducted a state-level drawing completion among school students at No 2 residential area of the Assam Police in Guwahati on September 22.
More than 400 students from different schools from standard VI to VIII participated in the contest.
While Anurag Singh from Excel Public School won the first prize, Bankim Pathak from Srimanta Sankar Academy bagged the second prize and Dipam Patowary from Junior Commonwealth School won the third prize.
Additional director general of police (law & order) Mukesh Agarwal presented the prizes.
