The Arunachal Pradesh Congress has lashed out at the Centre over “repeated abduction” of Indian youths by the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA).
The Arunachal Congress has demanded the Centre to stop giving verbal assurances and instead take concrete steps to ensure an end to “repeated abduction” of Indian youths by the Chinese PLA.

“The government should act fast to ensure safe return of the boy,” Arunachal Congress working president Bosiram Siram said.
Meanwhile, China has denied any knowledge about the whereabouts of the Arunachal boy, who was allegedly ‘abducted’ by the People’s Liberation Army (PLA).
The Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson in Beijing said, “I don’t know the situation.”
However, he added that the PLA controls the Chinese borders and cracks down on “illegal entry and exit activities”.
“The Chinese People’s Liberation Army controls borders in accordance with the law and cracks down on illegal entry and exit activities,” the spokesperson said in response to the allegations of ‘abduction’ of the Arunachal boy by the PLA.
