Arunachal Pradesh chief minister Pema Khandu has said that the NEC (Northeastern Council) needs to reincarnate itself as a regional think-tank to fulfil the aspirations of the region.
Arunachal Pradesh CM Pema Khandu made this remark after meeting NEC Secretary – K Moses Chalai in Itanagar on Friday morning.

The Arunachal Pradesh CM also apprised the NEC Secretary of the challenges that the state face and needs to be addressed in NEC ‘discourse’.
CM Khandu also said that the NEC has a far greater role to play for the region.
