In order to develop the sports infrastructure at the National Centre of Excellence in Itanagar, an MoU was signed between the Sports Authority of India (SAI) and Arunachal Pradesh government on Tuesday.
Union minister of state for sports & youth affairs, Kiren Rijiju stated this while sharing pictures of the MoU signing ceremony on his Twitter handle on Tuesday.
Union minister Rijiju also thanked Arunachal Pradesh chief minister Pema Khandu and state sports minister Mama Natung for the process.
“An MOU was signed between SAI and Govt of Arunachal Pradesh to develop infrastructure at the National Centre of Excellence in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. I thank CM @PemaKhanduBJP
Ji & Sports Minister @NatungMama Ji with team for the positive actions in fulfilling the process,” Rijiju tweeted.
While sharing the tweet by Rijiju, chief minister Khandu thanked the Union sports & youth affairs minister for the initiative.
“Thank you Shri @KirenRijiju ji, with this initiative under your dynamic guidance our youths will definitely bring laurels to State & Nation in coming days,” chief minister Khandu said.
