Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly Speaker Pasang D Sona on Tuesday called upon the officers and officials of the Assembly Secretariat to imbibe good behaviour, attitude and sincerity towards their jobs.

Sona was speaking at a farewell function organized by the Assembly Secretariat at Itanagar in honour of two senior employees Talo Talang and JB Sonar on their superannuation after serving for more than 35 years in the Assembly.

Lauding both Talang and Sonar for their sincerity and dedication in their respective assignments, Sona said the duo is an inspiration to many.

“Everyone should draw motivation from Talang and Sonar and learn to justify their assigned jobs,” the Speaker asserted.

While stating that a conducive working atmosphere is a must for the growth of every establishment, the Speaker also called for maintaining a cordial relationship among all the officers and staff.

Deputy Speaker Tesam Pongte also appreciated the retirees and extended his gratitude to them for serving the state for more than three decades.

Assembly secretary Kago Habung, joint secretary Tadar Meena and others also spoke on the occasion and shared their experiences.
