Foundation stone of four projects of the Indo-Tibet Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) was laid at the ITBP campus in Kimin, a populated place in the Papum Pare district of Arunachal Pradesh on Monday.
The foundation of the four projects were laid by RK Pachnanda, Director General, Indo-Tibet Indo-Tibetan Border Police, during a programme at the ITBP campus in Kimin, which is a centre of one of the nine administrative circles of Papum Pare district.
According to information, the four projects foundation stone of which have been laid on Tuesday are – Quarter Guard at Recruit Training Centre (RTC), Kimin; 30-bedded Base Hospital at Kimin; ITBP SHQ Campus in Likabali and Combined Explosive Store at Recruit Training Centre (RTC), Kimin.

Meanwhile, a Mobile Medical-cum-CAP Van was also flagged off by RK Pachnanda, DG, ITBP in Kimin.
The mission of RTC Kimin is to impart quality training to new entrants and in-service personnel for moulding them as professionally sound, physically & mentally robust and confident combatant members of Indo Tibetan Border Police Force to execute their task with commitment and due respect to Human Rights values.
The Recruit Training Centre, Kimin started functioning on January 11, 2011 at 10th Bn Campus, Kimin in Papum Pare district on December 20, 2011.
Recruit Training Centre, Kimin is located near Itanagar, the State capital of Arunachal Pradesh. The road distance or driving distance from Guwahati to Kimin is 385 km.
