Arunachal minister inspects ongoing projects in Papum Pare

Arunachal Pradesh Environment & Forests Minister Nabam Rebia inspected various ongoing projects in Balijan township in Papum Pare district of the State on Sunday.

The Minister inspected the cement concrete road from Rajghar Ali to the circuit house, various other internal roads, street lighting system, etc.

Later, he inspected the community hall-cum-indoor stadium constructed by the Sports Department.

After the inspection, the Minister noted that the infrastructure needs repair. He assured to provide sufficient fund for renovation works.

The Minister informed that the community hall-cum-indoor stadium would be named after former minister late T C Teli.

Rebia acknowledged Teli as one of the ‘strong’ leaders and founder members of the students’ organization of the area.

Balijan ADC Tasso Gambo, the Tarasso circle officer and other officials and party leaders of the area were present on the occasion.

The minister was accompanied by all the heads of the departments.
