Arunachal Pradesh registered 28 new Covid19 positive cases in the last 24 hours, taking the state’s overall tally to 16,348.
According to the latest Covid19 bulletin, released by the directorate of health, Arunachal Pradesh, the new cases were detected out of 1,017 samples collected for test.
While 7 of the infected patients are symptomatic, the others are asymptomatic cases.
In the last 24 hours, 37 more patients, who were earlier infected by Covid19, have been discharged after their recovery from the disease.
So far a total of 15,525 people have been discharged after recovery.
The recovery rate in Arunachal Pradesh is 94.96%.
Arunachal Pradesh currently has 769 active Covid19 cases.
The positivity rate stands at 05.04%.
The deadly disease has claimed the lives of 54 positive patients in Arunachal Pradesh.
The Covid19 death rate in the state stands at 0.33%.
