Arunachal Pradesh Governor Brig (Retd) Dr B D Mishra has greeted the people of the state on the occasion of Losar festival of the Buddhist community.
In a message on the occasion, Governor Mishra wrote, “Losar motivates us to look ahead with positivity and start the year with a lofty vision, new strength, and renewed commitment. Let us share the optimism, rise above petty challenges, and realize our dreams and aspirations in the new year.”
State Chief Minister Pema Khandu also wished the people of the auspicious occasion.
In his message, Khandu said, “While celebrating Losar and welcoming the new year, let us strengthen the bond of brotherhood among all communities and faiths and take our state to newer heights. Let this new year be another beginning of a new chapter in the history of Arunachal Pradesh.”
Deputy chief minister Chowna Mein also extended his greetings on the occasion of Losar, the new year festival of the Buddhist community.
Mein took to Twitter to wish the people of the state on the occasion.
In his official Twitter handle, Mein tweeted:
