Deputy chief minister of Arunachal Pradesh – Chowna Mein – has tested positive for COVID-19.
Chowna Mein was tested for COVID-19 on Monday via Rapid Antigen Test.

“Today, I got myself tested for Covid through RAT and was found positive,” Mein stated.
The Arunachal Pradesh deputy CM added that he is suffering from mild symptoms.
“I have got mild symptoms but doing well with no other problem,” Chowna Mein said.

Meanwhile, he has urged all who came in contact with him to get tested for COVID-19.

“I request all those who came into contact with me in the last few days, to isolate themselves and get their Covid-Test done,” Arunachal Pradesh deputy CM Chowna Mein said.
