However, one more COVID19 patient has been discharged from the hospital after the patient recovered from the disease after treatment.

The COVID19 patient, who was discharged from the Covid Care Centre, is from Pakke Kessang.
With this case, the total number of discharged cases in Arunachal Pradesh has risen to 2 and the total number active cases stands at 55.
Arunachal Pradesh has so far registered a total of 57 COVID19 positive cases.

The discharged patient now will have to remain in home quarantine for 14 days as per protocol and will be under the observation of the health department.
“Glad to share that #covid19 positive from Pakke has recovered & tested consecutive two negative. He is being discharged from Covid Care Centre for 14 days Home quarantine,” said chief minister Pema Khandu in a tweet.
According to the latest update on Arunachal Pradesh’s COVID19 status, no new positive case was reported in the state on Tuesday.
Dr L. Jampa, state surveillance officer-IDSP, directorate of health services, said: “COVID-19 positive from Pakke Kessang has recovered after testing negative twice as per SOP.”
“He has been discharged from COVID care center (CCC) for 14 days home quarantine today. He has shared his experiences of the quarantine period at CCC and treatment,” the health official said.
According to the update, on Tuesday, a total of 432 samples were collected. So far, a total of 12,455 samples have been collected in the state, out of which 57 were found positive and 10,539 were found negative for the virus.
Results of 1,731 samples are awaited.
