The Deputy Speaker of Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly, Tumke Bagra on Wednesday inaugurated the Kabu Maasi Welcome Gate of Aalo village in West Siang district of the State.
The newly established Kabu Maasi colony, located in the lap of nature was awarded the cleanest village of Aalo under a clean mission and awarded of Rs one lakh which was used for constructing the gate, according to a report in The Sentinel.

Addressing the inaugural ceremony, Bagra said that it is pertinent to keep a tab on substantial development that largely benefits a particular village and the community as a whole.
He urged the people to continue extending their support and cooperation in taking up all unfulfilled tasks to bring noticeable developments to the constituency.

He appreciated the people of Kabu Maasi for setting an example for cleanliness and said that Swachh Bharat has been one of the successful flagship programmes without cost involvement in it.
