On New Year’s Eve, the hotel opened all its key outlets, each with a defined theme and format. At The Square, Novotel’s all-day dining restaurant, guests chose the Refined New Year’s Eve Buffet, featuring a curated global spread paired with live music.
The experience catered to families and guests seeking a calm and elegant dinner to welcome the New Year. The buffet was available from 8:00 pm to midnight and was priced at INR 2,000 plus taxes, with beverages served à la carte and an optional liquor add-on.
For guests looking for a livelier celebration, 188 Downtown, the hotel’s bar and dining area, hosted the Grand Celebration into 2026. The event featured an elaborate buffet, customised beverages, live music, and a DJ-led countdown, creating a high-energy atmosphere. The celebration ran from 8:00 pm to midnight and was priced at INR 3,999 plus taxes.
Meanwhile, Skye, the hotel’s rooftop venue, hosted A Midnight Countdown Under the Stars, a rooftop celebration with a live band, handcrafted cocktails, and finger foods against panoramic city views. The rooftop experience ran from 8:00 pm to midnight and was priced at INR 2,999 plus taxes.
1st January: One Brunch, Three Experiences
The celebrations continued on 1st January 2026 with Aarambh, The Grand New Year Brunch, a single brunch experience spread across the hotel’s three outlets. Guests began at The Square, which focused on Indian cuisine, offering curated regional dishes, classic favourites with a contemporary touch, and a variety of breads, curries, and desserts.
At 188 Downtown, the brunch featured global flavours in a chic alfresco-style setting, with gourmet pizzas, Asian dishes, and Mexican selections.
The experience concluded at Skye, where live grill counters, fresh seafood, signature meats, and DJ-led music created a lively poolside brunch atmosphere. The brunch was available as a non-alcoholic package at INR 2,599 plus taxes and an alcoholic package at INR 3,999 plus taxes, with access to all three outlets included.
