Guwahati: A man from Darrang’s Mangaldoi was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Guwahati, Assam on Wednesday.
According to reports, the 28-year-old was identified as Dhanmani Bhatt from Gerimari in Mangaldoi, Darrang.

The man was on the verge of getting married and had travelled to Guwahati the previous day to extend wedding invitations to relatives and friends.
However, later Dhanmani’s dead body was discovered near the Kamakhya Railway Station’s railway tracks that same afternoon.

An investigation has been initiated by the police in connection with the incident.
The incident is suspected to be an accident but police are verifying all angles including murder.
