If you want to look trendy and fashionable, here is a new address in town.
The Iconic British fashion and lifestyle brand – SUPERDRY has launched its first ever outlet at City Centre in Assam’s capital city Guwahati.
The contemporary brand creates ‘future classic’ garments inspired by fusing vintage Americana and high-impact Japanese imagery with a British twist.
Superdry is characterised by its use of quality fabrics, unique detailing, world leading hand-drawn graphics and tailored fits with diverse styling. Internationally, the label is known for its affordable premium-quality clothing, accessories and footwear.
“We are very excited to open our first store in Guwahati. This city is a new market for us but it is the perfect time for Superdry to enter this region and we are certain of receiving a great response for our brand,” said Manu Sharma, Business Head, Superdry.
He said that the City Centre is the most happening mall and houses a number of Indian & international brands, making it our first choice.
“Superdry sees immense potential in this market,”he added.
Keeping in line with Superdry’s alternative design aesthetic, the store interiors have a classic vintage theme in sync with its other exclusive brand outlets across the globe.
Rustic iron rod racks, cage like boxes and iconic Superdry fixtures have been used to display the merchandise to give customers an authentic experience of the brand.
Born after an inspirational trip to Tokyo, Superdry launched in 2003 by Julian Dunkerton and James Holder.
The initial collection of five t-shirts, which included the iconic Osaka 6 worn by David Beckham, has grown into seasonal collections and subcategories including Sport and Snow.
