Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of one (01) Project linked person purely on temporary basis to work in the internally funded project titled “Planning for the Research Data Management Repositories with Special Reference to Social Science.”

Essential Qualification :
B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent, or Masters in Library & Information Science (M.L.I.Sc), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from a recognised university with consistent good academic record.

Desirable :
Knowledge in Research Data, Computation, Analysis, algorithms, and Portal web applications to Library and Information.
Expertise in writing articles and abstracts will be added an advantage
Help in collecting and organising information sources relevant to the project is also desirable
Salary : Rs. 31000/- per month
Age Limit :
Should not exceed 35 years as on June 01, 2024, with usual relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and differently abled candidates.
Age relaxation may be given to outstanding candidates or candidates with relevant experience.
